Jawatan Kosong THP - TH Plantations Berhad (THP) a plantation arm of Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) i.e the Pilgrimage Fund Board of Malaysia, is engaged in the business of oil palm plantations in Malaysia. THP Group has a total plantation land bank of approximately 39,443 hectares (Ha) and five palm oil mills with a total milling capacity 780,000 metric tonnes per annum and its annual crude palm oil output in the region of 110,000 metric tonnes. THP Agro Management Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of THP, manages our oil palm operations in Malaysia and TH‘s plantations in Malaysia and Indonesia as well as teak & rubber plantations in Sabah totaling approximately 169,117 Ha.

1. Pengurus Ladang Getah
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Plantation or Agriculture from any universities that is credited by Malaysian Government.
- Priorities:
- Minimum 15 years experience in operations of rubber estates and 5 years experience as an estate manager.
- Possess Qualifications in AISP.
2. Penolong Pengurus Ladang Getah
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Plantation or Agriculture from any universities that is credited by Malaysian Government.
- Priorities:
- Minimum 5 years experience in operations of rubber estates.
- Passed at least one module in ISP.
3. Penyelia Ladang Getah
Qualifications:
- Certificate in Agriculture or SPM.
- Priorities
- Minimum 5 years experience in operations of rubber estates.
