Senior Executive, Business Development & Innovation
Responsibilities:
- To do pre-sales on Touch ‘n Go’s products by approaching more banks to subscribe to our product.
- Assist in specify range of commercial terms for commercial teams to use during contract negotiation
- Assist to develop project/product business case and provide recommendation for approval process
- Assist to undertake post implementation review on the existing and enhance or new products/services
- Assist in preparing feasibility study, proposals and seeking approval from the management and BOD.
- Assist in managing new project development & implementation involving:
- o Inter-department resources.
- o Vendor/system integrators.
- o Formation of business, operations and technical working committees.
- o Progress update for management.
- o Ensuring delivery of projects within set timeline and budget.
- o Negotiations and development of SLA
- Monitoring of new projects progress after ‘going live’. Undertake post implementation review on the new projects:
- o Analysis of arising problems during post implementation.
- o Continuous improvement in products/services offerings.
- o Introduce innovative, new and cost effective.
- Assist in the preparation of Business Proposals, Status Report, Minutes of Meeting and Project Schedules.
- Development and finalization of Agreement between Touch ‘n Go and Technology Providers/Service Providers/Business Alliances.
- Maintain fair relationship with Technology Providers, Service Providers and Business Alliances.
- Prepare the relevant reports for the Unit/ Section / Department and Management.
- Assist the Assistant Manager to ensure all new systems have been evaluated for risk and provide or recommends final acceptance of the risk position before going ‘live’.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Information Technology skills related to e-payment gateway; excellent leadership skill, excellent written, oral and presentation skill; proven track record in developing, analyzing and growing a payment business .
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in product management field, with experience in areas relating to IT/Banking/Payment Gateway/Cards Services or Telco.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar South.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
