Jawatan Kosong MAS Sdn. Bhd (Firefly) :
- Officer, Flight Safety & Human Factors
Responsibilities:
- Collect and collate incident Air Safety Reports (ASR), Hazard Reports, Ground Safety Reports (GSR) and Cabin Safety Reports (CSR) and enter data into Corporate Safety Information System (CSIS) on daily basis.
- Ensure all flight safety documents, amendments and circulars are compiled and delivered to all tech. crew and cabin crew.
- Coordinate and monitor all technical and cabin crew training programs are met according to Safety Equipment Procedure (SEP) validity which is subjected to SEP renewal on yearly basis (SEP and CRM (Crew Resource Management).
- Assist the Flight Safety Manager/ Executive to evaluate current practices and recommend new procedures and methods to improve standards.
- Assist with investigation of aircraft incident and accident, recommend corrective or preventive measures and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification : SPM or equivalent with credits in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Diploma holder will have an advantage.
- Two years of working experience, preferably in Airline Industry
- Able to speak and write good English
- Self-determination, a good team player. Capable to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- IT savvy. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel)
