Jawatan Kosong PSMB - The Human Resources Development Act, 1992 was enforced in January 1993 and led to the establishment of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) which was then administered by the Human Resources Development Council (HRDC). In line with the corporatisation exercise via the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001, the HRDC is now known as Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB).

Jawatan Kosong Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) :

- HR Customer Support

Responsibilities:
  • Interact and respond to employers via Level 1 contact point (online forum, live chat and email) and Level 2 contact point (telephone and walk-in), using prescribed system, process and procedure ensuring that they are dealt with accurately, efficiently and adhering to professional confidentiality standards.
  • Appropriately advise and guide employers based on HR acts and regulations.

Requirements:
  • Must possess a Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR.
  • Possess good command of oral and written English / Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Have good telephone etiquette and customer orientation with excellent listening skills.
  • Team player.
  • Able to multi task and work under pressure.
