Jawatan Kosong KoPUSAKA - SARAWAK TIMBER INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ( STIDC ) also known as PUSAKA was established in June 1973 under the Perbadanan Perusahaan Kemajuan Kayu Sarawak Ordinance 1973. Its incorporation was initiated following the recommendation of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations, which conducted a comprehensive forest inventory in the state from 1968 to 1972.

The function would be to stimulate by all possible means the planned expansion of wood-based industries throughout Sarawak at a role consistent with the overall interest of the economy, the availability of capital and the technical expertise and effective management of the forest resources.

1. Executive Chef

Responsibilities:
Develops recipes and menus for all retail food operations
Supervises food production

Controls food waste by using in proper areas to be distributed daily

2. Property Development Manager

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the strategic planning, execution, QC, budgeting and management of property development projects.
Ability to organize, supervise and administer
Prepare annual budget for the operations of the building.
Responsible for designing, formulating and implementing of property leasing and marketing strategies/activities.
Responsible for tenancy negotiations and to ensure company's targets and deadlines are met
Liaise closely with maintenance team in day-to-day building maintance, service and repair works.
Liaise closely and to build and maintain good rapport with real estate agents, tenants and local authorities.
Conduct on-going research to keep abreast with market rental rate and occupancy rate.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Architecture, Building or equivalent.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or Property/Real Estate.
Strong business acumen with sound knowledge and experience in sales and marketing, projects financing and liasons with authorities.
Sharp analytical skills with an eye for details and good problems solving skills.
Full-Time position(s) available.
