Responsibilities:
- Provide support to plantation manager in the day to day operations of the plantation
- Assist manager in ensuring good agriculture practices, achievement of target and effective management of estate workers
- Undergo extensive training program comprising residential and on the job training to gain hands on experience at oil palm plantations
Requirements:
- Honours degree in Plantation Technology, Agricultural Science, Forestry or related
- Possess good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Resourceful, self –motivated and a team player
- Willing to be relocated to any of our oil palm plantation in Peninsula Malaysia & East Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Active involvement in extra-curricular activities
