PTPTN’s Functions :
1.To manage the financing for higher education and its repayment collection;
2.To provide a savings scheme and administer the deposits for the purpose of higher education; and
3.To perform any other functions entrusted to PTPTN by any written legislation.

Requirements:
- a) a citizen of Malaysia:
- b) not less than 18 years old on the date of the advertisement;
- c) Certificate of Education or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government;
- d) a credit in Bahasa Malaysia / Malay (including pass Oral Examination) in the Certificate of Education or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
- (Priority will be given to candidates who are able to operate a computer and / or take shorthand).
How to apply
Applicants must use Part Time Job Application Form (Form PTPTN-PSM-01/1-2005 Am. 4). No closing date for application of this part-time appointments.
All applications must be accompanied by a recent photograph and copies of passport-sized academic certificates and other documents related.
Supporting documents should be enclosed with Part-Time Job Application Form according to the following order: -
a) A copy of the applicant's identity card;
b) A copy of applicant's birth certificate;
c) Certificate of Education (SPM);
d) Copy of Certificate of Higher Education Malaysia (STPM) / Certificate Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) (if applicable);
e) Copy of Degree / Diploma along transcripts (if applicable);
f) Recognition of qualifications Degree / Diploma / Certificate from the Public Service Department (PSD) if the applicant is a graduate student of Private Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) (if applicable), and
g) Other supporting documents
