Requirements:
- (a) (i) Bachelor's degree recognized by the government of the institutions of higher learning or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto;
- (ii) Honours Degree recognized by the government of the institutions of higher learning or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto;
- (iii) Bachelor of Law is recognized by the government of the institutions of higher learning or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto.
- (b) Credit in Bahasa Malaysia / Malay (including pass Oral Examination) in the Certificate of Education or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.

Notes
- 1. Government officials who serve must submit their application forms through their respective Head of Department in accordance with Rule 17 of the Rules of the Public Officers (Appointment, Promotion and Termination of Services) 2009 and check sent with the statement that updates Service and Performance Valuation Report 2011 . The application form is submitted without the statement of service performance and Valuation Report will be rejected.
- 2. Every application shall be accompanied by a photograph passport, photocopy of identity card, birth certificate, degrees, diplomas and certificates School or document / testimonial.
- 3. Late applications or do not follow the above rules will not be entertained.
- 4. Only qualified candidates will be called only after the screening interview.
