Jawatan Kosong Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad :
Responsibilities:
- Participate in projects or assignments that involve in the areas of training and development of new products, new systems and procedures, training and enhancement of existing products, systems and procedures with a view of incorporating inputs relevant for training
- Prepare the training and development plan in accordance to annual budget for the Bank
- Design curriculum and modules and conduct training relevant to each section
- Enhance, improve the curriculum and modules related to each section
- Develop comprehensive training module for both theory and practical for Ar Rahnu personnel
- Provide product training (theory) to all Ar Rahn staff
- Arrange on the job training for Ar Rahn staff at selected Ar Rahn outlet
- Provide product training and business advisory on the Pawn-Broking and gold related
- Conduct briefing / seminar to Ar Rahn or all Bank staff
- Ensure adequate training and development of the Ar Rahn staff
- Act as a "troubleshooter" or internal consultant for business units
- Coordinate relevant training programs as per training calendar
- Source relevant input from Recruitment & HR Planning in areas where training is critical and necessary
- Communicate internally and externally with line trainers / external training providers with respect to training activities to be conducted
- Conduct post-validation / training effectiveness exercise for all programmes
- Conduct TNI / TNA on yearly basis
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Banking/ Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Ar Rahnu business
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills and courteous
