Responsibilities:
- Responsible in the area of IT Policy and Governance by formulating, evaluating and implementing IT policies and initiatives that improve IT services quality and efficiency
- Develop and manage IT operating policies and approaches
- Establish the IT and Legal Agreements
- Manage and review IT Security Policy
- Responsible for the review of all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans
- Work in collaboration with Group Internal Audit (IA) to ensure IA compliance
- Manage the development and maintenance of IT ISO documentation
- Manage the development and maintenance of ISO documentation for Information Technology’s Office.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology (IT) or similar discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Knowledge in Information Technology governance
- Knowledge in Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL and International Organization for Standardization (ISO)
- Knowledge of Information Technology Policies & Procedures
- Good knowledge of Information Technology function and processes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and a proven ability to lead
2. Sector Head – IT Plannging & Governance
Responsibilities:
- Provide technology vision and leadership in the area of IT Planning and Governance,
- Provide leadership and management oversight for technology sourcing and business process improvement;
- IT programme management and resources management including manpower (internal & partners), hardware and software within the organization.
- Assist the IT Head to elaborate strategies and decisions, and drive them throughout the IT organization.
- Facilitate and drive the development and the regular revision of the ICT strategy, in alignment with the overall organizational strategy.
- Act in a proactive championing role to ensure that the ICT strategy is considered and followed in the core ICT governance and management processes
- Monitor the execution of the ICT plans, and provide suitable reports for management information and action
- Define, implement, monitor, and continuously review for improvement, ICT governance and management processes and procedures, including in particular those related to project management, which have organization-wide scope.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or similar discipline or equivalent experience.
- Added value with PMP or ITIL certification,
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience,
- Excellent project management skills, including managing large complex projects
- Experience in managing vendors, system integrators and service level agreements,
- In-depth understanding of conceptual IT frameworks, standards and architectures, in particular Service Oriented Architectures;
- Good knowledge of the IT industry, key vendor profiles and IT market trends, including assessment of sourcing options;
- Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management,
- Possess matured personality, good interpersonal and communication skills, and is able to communicate well with all levels or personnel within the organization;
