Jawatan Kosong Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) :
- Executive / Senior Executive (Human Capital)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overall yearly manpower planning by liaising with all campuses and Finance Divisionand translate the manpower requirement into recruitment planning for execution.
- Manage the whole shorlisting and interview processes
- Prepare paperworks on recruitment ie. proposal, offer letters etc
- Draft advertisement on job vacancies (internal / external), either planned or on ad-hoc basis
- Monitor manpower movement
- Handle promotion exercise processes ie. documentations, scheduling of committee meetings,
- Handle requests on transfer, upgrading etc
- Formulation of policies
- Preparing human capital reports
- Maintaining HR system
- Entertain staff queries on other matters in human capital
- Manage expatriates recruitment ie. immigration matters etc
Requirements:
- A degree in Human Resource, Business or any other relevant area
- Executive - Minimum 3-4yearsof experience in handling recruitment processes, manpower planning, staff movement, HR system etc
- Senior Executive – Minimum 5-7 years of experience in handling recruitment processes, manpower planning, staff movement, HR system etc
- High proficiency in written and verbal English and Bahasa Melayu
- Proactive, high integrity with top notch confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with all levels of employees
- High maturity, familiarity with other areas of HR and able to multi task when needed
- Familiarity with HR systems
