Jawatan Kosong KWAP - Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan)("KWAP") or the Retirement Fund (Incorporated) was established on 1st March 2007 under the Retirement Fund Act 2007(Act 662) replacing the repealed Pensions Trust Fund Act 1991 (Act 454).
The Pensions Trust Fund Act 1991 (Act 454) was enacted to assist the Federal kerajaan in funding its pension liability. With the enactment of this Act, the Pensions Trust Fund was established on 1 June 1991 with a launching grant of RM500 million from the Federal kerajaan. The Pensions Trust Fund was administered by the Pensions Trust Fund Council with the Accountant General of Malaysia being responsible for the day to day administration and management of the affairs of the Pensions Trust Fund.
With the incorporation of KWAP, all powers, functions, activities, assets and liabilities of the Pensions Trust Fund were taken over in totality by KWAP.
Malaysian citizen who is qualified and experienced in their respective fields are invited to fill vacancies in Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) KWAP as follow :
Responsibilities:
- Plan short-term and long-term learning & development plan for employees of KWAP to accommodate KWAP’s strategic goal, vision and mission
- Manage training needs analysis activities and preparation of annual training plan for the organization
- Manage the execution and delivery of learning and development programmes in KWAP
- Monitor and analyse the impact of learning and development activities in KWAP and plan and implement suitable action plan to enhance the quality and result of learning and development activities in KWAP
- Design and implement learning and development policies for KWAP
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Finance or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years experience in managing learning & development or talent management areas
- Possess hands-on experience and capabilities in handling learning and development process which include among others the TNA and competency gap analysis, learning and development programmes execution, training impact and effectiveness analysis
- Possess good understanding and experience in talent and competency management and other strategic areas in HR
- Excellent writing and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- A good team player as well as able to multitask and work in fast pace environment
2. Assistant Vice President, Recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the KWAP manpower planning activities to ensure the existence of the right number of manpower to support the business activities.
- To plan and execute the activities of recruitments from sourcing qualified applicants, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, checking references and background and evaluating applicants’ qualifications.
- Become the point of contact with all departments to understand recruitment needs and requirements and execute hiring activities to achieve the desired targets.
- Liaise with recruitment consultant on matters related to recruitment such as vacancy advertisement, manpower sourcing, temporary staff, etc.
- Coordinate on boarding and orientation for new recruits.
- Advise and work hand in hand with all departments in conducting job evaluation and producing a good job description and do the compilation of the job description.
- Report all recruitment activities to management such as the manpower reports, recruitment activities reports, recruitment budget, SOP, organisation chart, etc.
- Implement other special projects and tasks with regards to human resource / recruitment area.
Requirements:
- Posses a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Finance or other related fields.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Recruitment area/Human Resource or other related areas.
- Knowledgeable in manpower planning, recruitment and selection, job evaluation and other strategic HR areas.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- A good team player as well as able to multitask and work in fast pace environment.
