Jawatan Kosong LPM - Lembaga Perumahan Melaka (LPM) is a government agency established on 17.12.2002 through Malacca Enactment Housing Authority (ELPM) 2002 and gazette on 17.12.2002 as Government Gazette Volume 46 No. 25 of 2002. Before the Lembaga Perumahan Melaka established, it is located under Government and Local Housing Unit.Malacca Government State was the second state to establish the Board after the Selangor Government State to strengthen the role of state government in the housing sector.

Requirements:
a) Citizens of Malaysia; b) Not less than 18 years on the closing date of the position;
c) Bachelor's degree recognized by the government of the institutions of higher learning or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government, and d) a pass in Bahasa Melayu (including pass Oral) at SPM level or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
