Jawatan Kosong PNS - Perbadanan Nasional Berhad (PNS) is an agency under the Ministry of Domestic Trade Cooperatives and Consumerism, which has been mandated to lead the development of Malaysia’s franchise industry. PNS aims to develop the franchise industry while increasing the number of franchise entrepreneurs through its expertise in providing quality service and products.

PNS plays a role in spearheading the growth of the country’s franchise industry, in order to realise their goal of producing more franchise entrepreneurs in the business world. One of the main objectives of PNS is to develop local products and market them abroad.

PERBADANAN NASIONAL BERHAD (PNS), is the lead agency entrusted by the government to promote the development of franchise industry in the country. In line with our future plans, we invite highly dedicated and motivated individuals to fill the following position:

1. Senior Clerk/Clerk

Responsibilities:
Answering and making phone call in relation to the job function.
Handle general office administration and information to assist the executive in preparing payment, filing and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare prompt monthly submission of the progress claim format for each project.
Monitoring monthly rental revenue or income and to update monthly financial report.
Maintaining filing systems.
Compiling records of office activities, photocopying, scanning, faxing, and emails.
Preparing and sending outgoing mailings and packages.
Typing documents and correspondence.
Updating and maintaining databases.
  • Managing petty cash

Requirements:
  • Possess relevant qualification for technical certificate or SPM or STPM with minimum 2 years experience in property management / development.
  • Ability to work independently, committed and willing to work overtime.
  • Computer literate and able to handle tight deadline and pressure.

2. Property Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Analyse periodic financial projections of the property, assess the internal and external factors affecting the asset management strategies and recommend solutions to optimize return.
  • To prepare periodic reports, proposals, updates, presentations.
  • To perform cross department/divisional tasks and work and able to work with the relevant parties and/or consultants to achieve the objectives set by the company.
  • Good writing, communication and presentation skill.
  • To be involved in day to day management of PNS building, shophouses and other landed property to ensure the facilities and assets are in tenantable condition.
  • To attend to request by other division, department, corridor and others on matter related to fixed and moveable asset.
  • Provide information, technical assistance and interpretation of OSHA and company’s OSHA standards for employee, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Property Management, Electrical Engineering or Building.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical skill and problem solving techniques, good team player and independent.
  • Familiar with legal acts such as FMA, OSHA, Building by Law and Local Government Act and Regulation.
  • Fresh graduates with the above criteria will be considered

3. Deputy Manager/Senior Executive

Responsibilities:
  • To assist the Head of Department to strategise, develop and implement the acquisition of Landed Properties on short, mid and long term.
  • To identify and analyse risk exposure of property prior to investment and suggest recommendation on the proposed acquisition for purchase of the landed properties to achieve the highest return on the investment.
  • To review and analyse periodic financial projections of the property, assess the internal and external factors affecting the asset management strategies and recommend solutions to optimize returns.
  • To prepare periodic reports, proposals, updates, and presentations.
  • To perform cross department/ divisional task and work. Able to work with the relevant parties and consultants to achieve the objectives set by the company.
  • To formulate, devise and execute marketing strategies for PNS Building / Shophouses or landed properties ensuring it remain competitive and marketable.
  • To negotiate and communicate with various parties as well as familiar with property market, land law, government regulation and building technical know how.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Property Management, Valuation, Quantity Surveyor or Town Planning.
  • Minimum experience of 3 Years in the related field (preferably in the property development industry)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical skill and problem solving techniques, good team player and independent.
  • Familiar with legal acts such as Strata Title, National Land Code, Development Act, Building by Law and local Government Act and Regulation.
