SYABAS is an entity specifically incorporated for use as an implementation vehicle in respect to the privatization of the water supply and distribution systems in Selangor and Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.

Senior Executive - Legal (Corporate & Advisory)
Kuala Lumpur
The Job:
- Drafting, vetting and reviewing of legal documentation and contracts.
- Rendering internal advice on any legal issues.
- Liaise with external legal advisers / perties where appropriate.
- Generally attending to and solving any legal issues that may arise from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Laws (Hons) from a recognised university with at least second class upper honours.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Minimum 3 years in practice, with exposure in corporate legal environment.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated with an analytical mind, strong drafting skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Sound legal knowledge.
EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

The Job:
- Perform secretarial duties, handle and compile correspondences, operations and reports.
- Prepare minutes of meeting, memo, presentation material and follow up for matter in progress.
- Assist the Head of Department to monitor the department is complied with standard operations procedures.
- Organized and maintain files, records and undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and perform general office administration duties.
- Independently assist and ensure that all updated information is on hand and resolve all assigned tasks on timely and accurate basis.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/ administration/Secretarial or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Writing skills, Good PR, Good command English, Computer skills, has determination/motivation/positive thinking to progress in career.
- Good team player and to work at fast pace and efficiently.
