Jawatan Kosong UM - University of Malaya is a public research university located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is the oldest university in Malaysia. In post-nominals the university’s name is currently abbreviated as UM and Malaya during the pre-independence period. The University was founded in 1949 as a public-funded tertiary institution. Today, it has more than 2,500 faculty members of various expertise. In 2012, UM was granted autonomy status by the Ministry of Higher Education.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): C, ASP.NET, Java, MS SQL Server.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Full-Time and Contract position available.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of Web-application programming (server-client), preferably Java server page and JSP.
- Knowledge of Programming: Perl, Tcl, Python.
- Knowledge of processing web-based Audio Files (.WAV, .MP3).
- Able to start immediately in February 2013.
- Salary is commensurate with experience and qualification.
